I recently bought a 2nd hand car from them. I lived 120 miles away but having spoke and indeed negotiated a price amicable to both parties, I travelled down, saw the car and after inspection and test drive, Manny (one of the partners) showed me the workings of the various switches and gadgets and was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fantastic experience at Walsall Cars Centre, went in the morning to view a car and it was delivered in the afternoon :) Manny was friendly, helpful and very professional. I really liked that I was left to look around the car with no pushy sales or pressure to buy, I would definitely recommend (already have to my work colleague who will be soon looking for a car) The service was 5*** and i would buy from them again, Thanks guys :) Love my white Skoda

I purchased a Renault Megane from Walsall Car Centre, when I visited the site the gentleman came across friendly and helpful. I purchased the vehicle on the same visit- they also arranged the tax and waited patiently while I arranged insurance. Within the 30 days of purchase I had an engine icon light up but disappeared after some time, I did not think anything of it but a week later it appeared again and the car had a lack of power behind the acceleration. I called Walsall Car Centre up and they advised I could take it into a garage or one of my choice- I took the vehicle into the garage that they recommended on two occasions- first time they reset the icon and said if the fault occurred again to take it back to replace a part, the second time they replaced a part but I did have to wait a couple of weeks apparently because they couldn’t source the part.
