Outstanding, friendly and helpful. I was after a particular car with a particular interior. So it was very important to me when I travelled from South Wales to Walsall to purchase my car, that I received a honest, polite and trustworthy explanation of the car over the phone. On my arrival, everyone I dealt with was polite. I was not pressured in anyway into purchasing the vehicle and the whole transaction was enjoyable. I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained to me clearly, even how to use the remote control key for my new car. As for the car, it was as exactly as described and at the time of this review I am very very pleased with my purchase. If I were to need a new car in the future and had to travel, there is no doubt this would be one of the first places I would go to.

We had a great experience buying a used car from Walsall Car Centre. The staff were very helpful (even giving us a lift to another, rival garage where we'd booked another test drive!) In the end, we came back to Walsall Car Centre as their service and value for money couldn't be beaten. I highly recommend this garage if you are looking for a quality used car.
